Office
Nextcloud supports two office solutions for collaborative document editing:
- Nextcloud Office (powered by Euro-Office)
The default office solution built into Nextcloud. Enables real-time collaborative editing of text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with high-fidelity rendering. Requires a Euro-Office Document Server.
- Collabora Online
A fully supported alternative based on the Collabora Online Development Edition (CODE). Available as a self-hosted server or as a built-in app. Enterprise users can use the more stable Collabora Online Enterprise through a Nextcloud support subscription.
Both solutions support dozens of document formats including DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, ODF and many more.
